faq i FAQ Status Menus The Quick-Toy Bar My Account The more Status preview Previews were made to allow you to follow the latest coming out products in real time. AS soon as a manufacturer announces a new product, we post its information details online in order to help you find out all there is to know about the product. Most of these products are available for pre-order shortly after we post them online. Note : Some products may never be available (cancellation from manufacturer, failure to be distributed in the eruopean zone...). If you wish more information regarding a preview product, do not hesitate to contact us. in stock Items that are Available are in stock and ready to be sent. All you have to do is place an order and proceed with the payment. You shall be warned by e-mail with a reference number as soon as your parcel is shipped. We do our best to send your parcel within the 24 hours following your order. Orders which are placed before 2pm are sent on the same day or the following working day. restock Items which are in Replenishment are items which stocks are being filled back up. Depending on demand and if the manufacturer still has items available we are able to order more parts that we had before. We keep our stocks up to date daily and try to order new parts as soon as we run out. Unfortunately sometimes these items are limited editions which makes it impossible for us to replenish. Second hand Second hand items are items that have been used before. We only take back items that are as new or only have minor packaging defects. All details regading the state of an item are available in the description tab of the product. It is possible to contact us if you wish more information of pictures in order to assess the state of the item with more accuracy. We sell these items because we believe they are worth it. out of stock Out of stock items are not available for sale anymore. It is possible to find out if this item will be replenished (See Replenishment/Restock section) By clicking on the warn me when back in stock button . When the product is back in stock, you will be alerted. Then we apply the rule of first come first served. Menus Description of menus which are on the left side of the website : Status : Only show items which have a specific status (see Status section). Brands : Only show items from the brand. Licenses : Only show items from a film or a license. Beware, Some items do not have a license and are not registered in this list. Types : Only show items of a particular format. Accessories : Only show accessories. Each product is filtered according to various filtering criteria, elements that caracterise it. An item can be found in multiple categories depending on its content. Community : Find here all of our communication platforms. You can also take out items from your basket individually by clicking on the red cross on the left of each item. You will also see the total amount of your order as well as the delivery costs. My account : see My Account section. log in / log out : allows you to log in and out with your e-mail address or to create a new acount if you do not have one yet. Mes commentaires : historique de vos commentaires sur un article de Quick-Toy. Il vous est possible de laisser un commentaire sur un article en cliquant sur l'onglet Commentaires d'une fiche produit. Vous pouvez également laisser un commentaire à propos de la boutique et de noter la prestation à chaque commande. Ma liste de souhaits : résume les articles que vous avez ajoutés à votre liste de souhait par le biais du bouton étoile se trouvant sur les cartouches ainsi que la fiche produit. Cela vous permet de créer votre propre liste d'achat et de garder à l'esprit les articles que vous trouvez intéressants.
