These conditions apply exclusively to non-trading individuals

Validity of offers and pricing

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT) and excluding shipping fees.
Prices may be subject to change at any time and without notice.
The products will be billed based on rates at the time the order is registered.
The products presented are available for sale as long as supplies last. The products remain the property of QuickToy until full payment is received by QuickToy
Should an ordered product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of such unavailability as soon as possible by email, fax or post.

How may I order from QuickToy?

QuickToy hereby reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute over payment of a previous order, or if QuickToy considers that there is any kind of risk.

The payment

The user has several means of payment presented on this page.

Confirmation of payment

Payment is validated upon reception. This can be instantaneous in the case of a PayPal payment, or may take several days in the case of a check payment.

Quick-Toy.fr reserves the right to verify personal data supplied by the customer and and to take all measures deemed necessary to verify that the debited bank account is indeed owned by the person who placed the order. This is done in order to prevent fraudulent payments. This verification can be a request for a proof of identity, and/or proof of domicile and/or of bank records (IBAN number or cancelled check). The lack of response by the customer to this kind of demand past two days after the demand from QuickToy will automatically cause the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of later claims.
Quick-Toy.fr is also free to directly cancel any order which presents one or several risk factors associated with the fraudulent use of a bank card.

PENAL CLAUSE

As a penalty clause, failing to produce a due credit card payment will lead the purchaser to have to pay, in addition to the sales price, a sum of a fixed amount of 250 euros (two hundred and fifty euros). This penalty clause remains definitely acquired by the company of Pierre Queen SARL, whithout there being any need to prove any damage

How can I change an order

For any amendment to an order, it is imperative that you contact us before the order is sent.

Shipping & Delivery

We assure you the best and fastest service.
The great majority of orders are sent in less than 24 hours.
Orders placed between Friday 5pm and Monday 12am are sent during the day on Monday.
Quick-Toy.fr is commited to make every effort necessary in order to deliver the order as soon as possible.
Possible delays do not give the right to the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.
QuickToy is released from its obligation to deliver on time in all exceptional circumstances. For information, partial or total strikes, floods or fires are exceptional circumstances.

What happens if I am not present for delivery?

We will send you the tracking numbers by email so that you can determine the location of your package. Depending on the delivery location, the transporter may deliver the package to the the delivery address or leave the package in a local post office.

Return and cancellation

In accordance with article L121-6 of the french Consumer code, the customer has seven clear days from the reception date to return the products to Quick-Toy.fr for an exchange or a refund, with no other penalty other than the cost of return. Returned items must not be damaged and must be in their original packaging. External damage, in particular damage to the packaging, cannot be considered valid reasons for product return.
