All items we sell are in stock and therefore can be shipped immediately. Some carriers come to collect by us on every working day (Monday to Friday). Shipments made through IMX are collected twice a week. It can happen that an influx of orders create slight delays, and that your order leaves only within 24 / 48h. This is sometimes the case on Monday after a weekend or following a bank holiday. This can also be the case of new arrivals when we have more orders than usual to deal with simultaneously. If we take teh initiative to sen your order via a cheaper transportation method, you will automatically receive a discount voucher for our website with no date limite. The voucher will appear on your bill. Shipping for Europe We work with different partners DPD, DHL, Bartolini, MRW, SEUR, Be Post, Royal Mail... Your order is shipped within 24hours. Most of European countries are delivered within 7 days, sometimes even less. Delays are fluctuant but most of our clients receive their orders rapidly. Delivereies are free within the European Union, no tax may be charged. Shipping around the World We work with different partners USPS, DHL, EMS... Your order is shipped within 24 hours following your visit. Generally, deliveries to the United States or Hong Kong occur within 10 days. We ship to over 70 countries including Brazil, Canada, the Philippines, Australia, China, Japan, the United States or Lebanon. Once you receive your parcel, the carrier has the right to ask for the country's customs tax as well as VAT related to shipment. We also make small deliveries in envelops for small orders. Delivery options We offer various delivery options : Double packaging : You have the possibility to ask for an optional double packaging in order to be certain of a more secure packaging. Standard packaging is usually sufficient for most packages. Insurrance: You can subscribe to an optional insurance when you make your order. In fact in accordance to internation transport law, lost packages will be refunded for an equivalent of 23 euros / kg within 120 days. By taking an advalorem insurrance, you have the guarantee that we will refund the total value amount of your package or that we will reship it as soon as the carrier as confirmed that the package is lost. This occurs within a 120 day delay following the shipping of your package. According to our experience, packages are very rarely lost and we initiate ourselves the investigation process and follow up for our clients Return The customer living in France has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order to return the products to Quick-Toy for exchange or refund, without penalties except the carriers costs of return. We do not accept returns from customers who are living and delivered to outside of France or from business customers. Only full-boxed items never opened can be returned. As we sell collectors items, the boxes lose their value as soon as they are opened or the seals are removed. No return is allowed and no return will be refunded if the box is opened. All returns must be the subject of a prior request by email, mentioning the number of the order. A response will be provided specifying our return address and a reference to integrate to the order.
